In this episode of Steady Focused, Simeon Hendrix interviews Mr. Don Ward of 3rd Creative. Don Ward is a master studio sports team photographer and Photoshop Wizard. In addition, Don has a very successful business selling his team sports Photoshop templates across the country to other photographers.

Don's story is inspirational and goes from struggling in his garage with DIY lighting, being laughed at by clients, to sitting on the Riverwalk in San Antonio on vacation with his wife and unexpectedly being bombarded with Photoshop template sales, the first weekend his site went live.
