094 - Never Give Up - Fonda White Interview
Fonda White shares openly his previous struggles with mental health, attempted suicide, and how he has found his purpose in life by inspiring hope in others.
Fonda was a collegiate football standout and member of the historic inaugural championship season of Wichita Falls Nighthawks, in which they swept the country by storm.
This episode is profound and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to listen and share with Fonda.

In the episode, we also talked about the Steady Focused studio and equipment I use. Below are some behind the scenes photos:
Camera - Panasonic GH4
Microphone - Blue Yetti USB
Main Light - cheap softbox from Amazon, they don’t even make it anymore. But you can get an entire kit of 3 lights for under $100.
Accent light (behind me) - Neewer LED light with a color film over the top to give a color splash. It’s about $40 bucks and is wireless.
Wall Art - a graffiti vinyl sticker I bought on Amazon. It stretches the entire wall and was about $100.
Brick wall - it’s actually faux brick panels that we bought at Home Depot. They are about $30 a piece and it took 3 to cover an entire wall.
