083 Doing The Next Right Thing - Ryan Graves Interview
On this episode of Steady Focused, I sit down with one of my favorite people I regularly talk to, Mr. Ryan Graves. There’s many great things about Ryan: he’s the Director of Patient Experience at United Regional (where he and I both work), he’s a blue belt in Brazilian Jujitsu, he’s a big guy like myself - he and I regularly talk about weight lose / weight gain / food, he’s into lifting weights, he used to own his own gym, and he’s a preacher.
You’ll learn about our struggles and successes with weight loss and weight maintenance. We talk about food, family, God, meditation, staying on the path, getting back on the path, Brazilian Jujitsu, making time for the important things, and just doing the next right thing.
Ryan and I regularly meet up, usually a couple times a week and check in with each other. I wanted to capture the essence of what our weekly jams are like and share them with you.
Please, let me know what your favorite parts were of the episode!
