Not only has Drew produced several D1, D2 D3 athletes, but he trains individuals as young as 7 years old and instills the basics of proper lifting and body mechanics!
He's an entrepreneur and former assistant strength coach at Midwestern State University that has had several of his papers published in research journals...
Drew is one of the most inspirational people I know and am VERY excited to shine a light on his story!

Thoughts stacked upon miles and miles. Words filled upon an endless horizon of books - a fly buzzing going mad attempting to explain. Today is the only day. I am a leaf. I am a straw dog. Thank you, God, for my life.
