You know what's sad? 80% of us are going to give up on ourselves and our "New Year's Resolutions" by February 1. That's a fact.
You took the time to identify weak points in your life; things that were holding you back. You identified areas you want to excel in. You identified parts of you life that made you feel weak or bad about yourself. You committed to yourself: “yes I will make a change... I NEED to make a change!”
But by just 4 weeks after all these dreams and retaliations and commitments - 80% of you will QUIT and GIVE UP. Because it's uncomfortable - because you weren't really doing it for yourself, you were doing it to satiate someone else - because you didn't want to sacrifice. Because it got too uncomfortable.
Is it comfortable laying in bed disgusted with your weight? Is it comfortable working at that job you hate? Is it comfortable refusing to put in the work on that project that keeps nagging at you to complete? Hell no. Nothing about life is easy. Comfort is a lie.
